Design

Three ideas, one vehicle.

01 · The box

380 litres, ahead of the driver

The load sits where the driver can see it, in an FRP box with steel reinforcement that locks: room for parcels, crates, trays and cartons.

Two wheels in front, one behind

A reverse trike on the RT100 platform: double-wishbone front suspension carries the load, so CROC EV stands on its own, needs no balancing and stays 930 mm wide.

03 · The battery

Lift it out, plug it in

The 2 kWh battery charges from an ordinary 5 A socket in about two and a half hours with the 750 W charger supplied. Add a second battery for 80 km.

Features

Six decisions that make it right for the job.

Each one answers a problem drivers have with an overloaded scooter or an oversized three-wheeler.

Stable with a full box

Two front wheels carry the load, so it stands on its own, needs no balancing and has no clutch or gears.

Under a metre wide

At 930 mm it fits lanes, society gates and market alleys a three-wheeler cannot enter.

A box you can lock

380 litres of FRP with steel reinforcement, ahead of the driver, with an optional smart e-lock.

Charge at any socket

The 2 kWh battery lifts out and charges from a 5 A socket in about two and a half hours.

Tracked by default

GPS tracking, geo-fencing and remote lock built in, with a thermal warning for the battery.

Certified and registered

ARAI certified and registered as an e-cart, a commercial vehicle you can run for business.

Questions

Before you ask.

Is CROC EV certified?

Yes. CROC EV is ARAI certified and registers as an e-cart, a commercial vehicle. It is built on Speedloop Auto's RT100 platform, India's first certified reverse trike.

How far does it go on a charge?

40 km on the standard 2 kWh removable battery, and 80 km with a second battery.

How long does it take to charge?

About two and a half hours from an ordinary 5 A socket, using the 750 W charger that comes with the vehicle. No charging station is needed.

What does it cost?

We quote by configuration and fleet size after a short route review, so the number you get is for your work. Tell us what you carry and where, and the team will come back within one working day.

Can you build a special body?

Yes. Vending carts, sweeping and civic bodies, and campus bodies are built to order on the same chassis. Tell us the job in the enquiry form.

Where can I register and run it?

Vehicles are built in Pune and approved for registration in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. Tell us your city and we will confirm the rules where you work.
